Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to all US states using USPS.

Free Shipping: All domestic orders qualify for free shipping via USPS First Class Mail (2–5 business days) or USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on package weight and destination:

• USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Aunt Ren's Boundless Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage & Expedited Services (Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express): A tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for USPS to update the tracking status after your package has been scanned.
• USPS First Class Mail: This service does not include tracking. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is in USPS's hands and we are unable to provide updates on its location or delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions  We currently ship within the United States only.

Additional Details: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The store is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside their control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
