Refund policy

Cancellations All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellations are accepted any time before your order has shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please fill out a contact request form and state why you would like to return your item(s).  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are eligible for return within our standard 30-day return policy. Refunds for sale items will be issued at the price you paid at the time of purchase, not the current or original retail price.

Promotional Returns & Free Gifts If you received a free or discounted item as part of a promotional offer (including "Buy One Get One" promotions, spend thresholds, or bundle deals), the following applies to returns:

  • BOGO & Multi-Item Promotions: If you return any item from a BOGO offer (e.g., Buy One Get One Free/50% Off), the discount will be removed and the refund will reflect the full retail price of the returned item minus the promotional discount received.

  • Spend Threshold Promotions: If you received a free gift based on a minimum purchase amount (e.g., spend $60, receive a free bowl cozy), returning items that bring your order total below the qualifying threshold requires the free gift to be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Partial Returns: For any partial return of a promotional order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the actual discount or value received. You cannot retain promotional benefits (free items or discounts) if the qualifying conditions are no longer met.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
